Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 7 days prior to arrival.
100% refund if canceled 14 days or more before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled between 14 and 7 days before arrival date. No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date.
Covid is no longer considered an extenuating circumstance.
Guests affected by pandemic-related transportation disruptions, border closures and COVID related issues will now follow under our regular cancellation policy.
A $500 hold will be placed on your credit card as a damage deposit and will be held for up to 7 business days after check out. If damage occurs during your stay, WCCR is obligated to withhold damage deposit until a repair quote can be finalized. This section is not applicable to Airbnb bookings.
