Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 7 days prior to arrival.
100% refund if canceled 14 days or more before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled between 14 and 7 days before arrival date. No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date.
Covid is no longer considered an extenuating circumstance.
Guests affected by pandemic-related transportation disruptions, border closures and COVID related issues will now follow under our regular cancellation policy.

This is a non-smoking property
No pets
Due to of wildlife (winter and summer), bagged garbage must be kept inside the cabin at all times (unless placed directly in the outdoor bin provided)
* A $250 cleaning + service fee may be applied if these rules are not followed
Quiet hours are between 11pm and 8am
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
Each guest that exceeds the cabins minimum occupancy (4) will be charged out at $25 a night per additional guest
All trash and perishables must be disposed of in bin provided, dishwasher should be turned on, and all doors and windows need to be locked before departure.
